Billy Strings Adds New 2027 US Tour Dates

To celebrate the release of his heartfelt new album So Much for Goodbyes, Billy Strings has added a new stretch of 2027 US tour dates.

After he concludes his 2026 tour in December, Strings will now kick off 2027 with a brief run of dates taking place in February. He’ll start by performing five nights at Asheville, North Carolina’s ExploreAsheville.com Arena from February 4th to February 9th, after which he’ll head to Duluth, Georgia for a pair of shows. He’ll cap off the tour with a trio of sets in Nashville from February 19th-21st, including a closing show at the Ryman Auditorium. See Strings’ full list of tour dates below.

Tickets for Strings’ winter 2027 shows will first be available via an artist pre-sale running Wednesday, September 9th at 10:00 a.m. ET; fans can sign up here to gain pre-sale access. Tickets will go on sale for the general public on Friday, September 11th at 10:00 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. For all of Strings’ previously announced dates, including his stretch of arena shows in September, October, and December, fans can get tickets via Vivid Seats, where fans can save $20 on their first order of $200 or more with promo code COS20 at checkout.

So Much for Goodbyes, Strings’ fifth full-length album, is out today via Reprise Records. Containing 16 tracks, the project finds Strings meditating on grief and the death of his mother, who created the album’s artwork before her passing in 2025. So Much for Goodbyes was produced by Strings and T Bone Burnett and previewed by the singles “Burn the Other End,” “Mill Town Flood,” and “10,000 Miles From a Friend.” Stream So Much for Goodbye below, and pick up a vinyl copy of the new album here.
