Caitlin Clark debuts 'Friendship Bracelet' colorway inspired by Taylor Swift

Caitlin Clark's Nike Caitlin 1s already have a sleek look. But her latest colorway is what has sneakerheads buzzing.

During the Indiana Fever's Wednesday practice, the standout guard debuted a new colorway of the shoe -- the "Friendship Bracelet" Caitlin 1s -- inspired by Taylor Swift and her friendship bracelet trend.

The shoe has a primary blush base with a gold Nike symbol along its side. Clark's signature logo appears on the tongue of the sneaker in royal blue, but the details in the laces stand out in the colorway.

With stylish, chunky and fuzzy blush-colored laces, small beads posed as charms are spread through the laces. "CC," the Fever guard's initials, is on the bottom lace of the left shoe and "22," Clark's jersey number, is on the bottom right lace on block-lettered beads.

"Yeah these are the ones," Clark wrote on her Instagram story Wednesday when she gave fans a sneak peek.

In June, Clark seemed to tease the "Friendship Bracelet" colorway when she arrived for Indiana's home matchup against the Toronto Tempo with her left wrist filled with eight blue bracelets that read "10.01.26" and "Caitlin 1."

Clark is well-known to be a "Swiftie," and Swift is a fan of the guard as well. In 2024, Clark revealed that the pop superstar sent her four bags of merchandise from her "Eras Tour" and a note that she was "inspiring to watch from afar."

Swift and Clark have made public appearances together at Kansas City Chiefs football games in support of Swift's husband, tight end Travis Kelce. They were spotted chatting in a VIP suite at the Chiefs' Week 6 matchup against the Detroit Lions and also sat together in the 2024 divisional round when Kansas City lined up against the Houston Texans.

One thing's certain about this sneaker: When it officially hits the shelves, the Swifties are going to go crazy.
