President Sisi arrives in New Delhi for 18th BRICS Summit
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived on Friday, in the Indian capital, New Delhi, to participate in the 18th BRICS Summit.
The official spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic stated on his official Facebook page: “President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived safely today in the Indian capital, New Delhi, to participate in the 18th BRICS Summit.”
The official spokesperson added that President El-Sisi was received upon his arrival at Palam Air Force Station airport in New Delhi by Sanjay Seth, Indian Minister of State for Defence; Air Commodore Vijay Rao, Commander of Palam Air Force Station; Ambassador Suresh Kumar, Joint Secretary for West Asia and North Africa at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs; Nisha Dhwal, Indian protocol officer; Ambassador Kamel Galal, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of India; and members of the Egyptian Embassy in New Delhi.
