Multiple sources in Italy say Roma goalkeeper Mile Svilar is a major doubt for Sunday’s clash against Como after a finger injury, so Pierluigi Gollini is expected to start.
Roma goalkeeper Svilar is at serious risk of missing Sunday’s away game at Como.
Svilar likely to miss Como vs. Roma

Sky Sport Italia, Sportmediaset and Gazzetta report that the 27-year-old is dealing with a finger problem and seems unlikely to recover in time for the game.
As of now, second-choice goalkeeper Gollini is expected to start between the sticks for the Giallorossi in Como.
Gollini, 31, only made one appearance for Roma last season, conceding a goal in a 1-1 away draw against Panathinaikos in the Europa League group phase.

The Italian goalkeeper hasn’t played a Serie A match in two years. He last featured in Italy’s top flight as a Genoa goalkeeper on October 5, 2024, in a 5-1 loss against Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta.
Roma will also travel to Como without injured Bryan Cristante, who is expected to be replaced by Marten de Roon.
Furthermore, neither Matias Soulé nor Leonardo Balerdi are likely to start against Como after returning from Argentina international duty.
