Michael B. Jordan is among those who’ve joined the lineup for this year’s CultureCon.

Jordan, who won an Oscar earlier this year for his performance in Sinners, is set to take the stage at the 2026 event, which will be held Oct. 3-4 in Brooklyn. The actor’s appearance comes as Jordan gears up for the release of his film The Thomas Crown Affair, which he directed, produced and stars in.

Also joining the CultureCon lineup are Lanterns star Aaron Pierre and rappers Wale and Tobe Nwigwe. They join previously announced talent including John Legend, Mahershala Ali, Colin Kaepernick, Olandria Carthen, Niecy Nash-Betts, Miles Caton, Daniel Kaluuya, Danessa Myricks, Rajah Caruth, Scott Evans and Sherri Shepherd on the program.

CultureCon aims to bring together top talent from the worlds of entertainment, business, sports, art and culture as part of its programming, which features speakers and activations “designed to celebrate and empower the next generation of creatives.” The festival will be preceded by CultureCon Week, taking place Sept. 28-Oct. 2, which will feature exclusive dinners, screenings, community events and programming across New York City in partnership with CultureCon brand partners.

This year, CultureCon is backed by presenting sponsor Chase Ink and partners including Cricket Wireless, Lincoln, HBO Max, Audible, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, DAZN & TNT Sports, Amazon Prime Video, GREY GOOSE, Universal Music Group, Meta, Maxscene, ESPN, Kensington Grey, Bravo, 160over90 + WME, The One Club for Creativity, Yahoo, Coca-Cola, Camille Rose, Dosso Beauty, Viral Nation, GT’s Living Foods, Literature & Libations, WeWork, Sensori, Braindate New Balance, Black Futures Lab and MoveDetroit.

Among the activations and panels at the event will be the Chase Ink Founder Studio, where attendees can hear inspiring stories from small business owners, engage with interactive content and receive gifts to support their journeys; Cricket Wireless’ “Stand Out: Building Visibility on Your Terms,”which will bring together top creators to reveal how they build brands that break through the noise; Lincoln’s “Flow State: Rest as a Creative Strategy,” a panel featuring Joshua Kissi, Brittney Janae and Nneka Julia of the Lincoln Creator Collective; HBO Max’s celebration of the final season of DC Studios’ Lanterns with a lounge featuring green juices, device charging stations, community conversations and immersive photo opportunities; Audible’s panels “Beyond the Playbook: Colin Kaepernick on The Perilous Fight,” featuring the NFL star, and “Your Art in Audio: A Guide to Crafting a Portfolio That Speaks,” a conversation about building a career in audio storytelling; and TikTok’s exclusive VIP Talent Lounge, a premium, invitation-only space designed to connect talent and their representatives directly with the TikTok team for personalized platform education, onboarding support and content strategy.
