Paramount has now reportedly reached a settlement with California and several other states challenging its proposed $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, potentially clearing one of the final major hurdles preventing the deal from closing. Bloomberg first reported the agreement, with Reuters subsequently confirming the reported settlement.
