Trending rumors

- Manchester United and Chelsea are monitoring a deal for Benfica defender Tomás Araújo, according to TEAMTalk. The 24-year-old is claimed to be on the radar of several Premier League clubs, but it's United and Chelsea who are most keen. Araujo, who can play center back and right-back, recently signed a contract extension until 2031, making an exit in January unlikely. However, with a release clause valued at £68 million, clubs could pursue a switch anyway

- Jadon Sancho is willing to hold out until January as a free agent before making a decision, if the right offer doesn't arrive before then, reports TEAMtalk. The former Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund winger is a free agent, following his exit from Old Trafford at the end of his contract in the summer. The 26-year-old has been linked with a whole host of clubs since, but is yet to make a decision on his future, with nothing advanced on his next club.

- Juventus are preparing a huge rebuild over the next year, with Tuttosport naming a whole host of potential transfer targets for the Italian club. In the goalkeeping ranks, Alisson Becker is claimed to be a player of interest, as he could leave Liverpool at the end of the season as a free agent. In defence, Oumar Solet of Udinese is viewed as an option, while RB Leipzig ace David Raum and Crystal Palace star Tyrick Mitchell are also on the Bianconeri's radar. Napoli stalwart Stanislav Lobotka, Manchester City midfielder Mateo Kovacic, and Real Madrid playmaker Brahim Díaz are touted as options for the central ranks. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta could be a striker arrival.

- João Félix is keen on making a return to Barcelona next year, when the Portuguese international's contract with Al Nassr is set to expire. That's according to Sport, which reports that the 27-year-old has his sights set on a return to the Champions League after a recent resurgence in his career in the Saudi Pro League. Felix previously spent a year on loan with Barcelona from Atletico Madrid, where he made 44 appearances with 10 goals and six assists. Now back in form, and eyeing a possible free transfer, a return to the Nou Camp is on his mind, though the report claims that he is not viewed as a priority target.

- Juventus have declared that Kenan Yildiz and Kerim Alajbegovic are "untouchable" in future transfer markets, with the club keen to build around the pair, reports La Gazzetta. Yildiz, 21, has previously attracted interest from Arsenal and Real Madrid, having shown plenty of potential. The forward ended up staying with Juventus over the summer, though a recent injury issue means he will be out until December. As for Alajbegovic, the Bianconeri managed to beat plenty of competition to his signature from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer transfer window. With the 19-year-old forward featuring for the club since, and reports of potential interest from the likes of Chelsea in the future, Juventus have set a clear stance of no exit for now.
