Elderly man dies after vehicle collided with mobility scooter in Canberra's north

A 95-year-old man has died after a crash in Canberra's north earlier this month.
ACT Policing said a white Toyota Alphard van collided with a blue mobility scooter about 11:10am on Sunday 13 September.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Ginninderra Drive and Haydon Drive in Bruce.
"The man was assessed at the scene and taken to hospital with minor injuries," police said today.
"Sadly, his condition deteriorated and he passed away yesterday morning."
The man's death brings the ACT road toll to 12 this year.
The ACT Road Policing Major Collision Team is investigating and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
