Rappler Live Jam: Esremborak

Don't miss the band behind the hit song 'Mahal Magmahal' perform on Rappler Live Jam!

MANILA, Philippines – Five-piece ukulele rock band Esremborak is set to perform at Rappler Live Jam on Thursday, November 5!

Hailing from East Rembo, Makati City, Esremborak has been known to create music from mundane life experiences and humor since its formation in 2015. The band further built on their talent for that in 2019 with the release of their debut EP Basura Songs, fronted by tracks like “Bakit Hindi Mo Na Lang Ako Mahalin?” and “Junjun.”

Notably, Esremborak garnered an even bigger following through their 2025 single “Mahal Magmahal,” which explores what it’s like for Filipino couples to navigate love in the modern world despite the hardships and sacrifices that may come their way.

Catch Esremborak on Rappler Live Jam on Thursday, 8 pm, by bookmarking this page or heading to Rappler’s YouTube! – Rappler.com
