Charlotte Kirk & Neil Marshall Thriller ‘Spiral Down’ Adds Costas Mandylor, Michael Pare, Alessandra Williams, More

EXCLUSIVE: Psychological thriller The Spiral Down, from a story by Neil Marshall, has started principal photography in Kentucky.

Starring are Charlotte Kirk (Duchess), Costas Mandylor (Saw), Michael Pare (Streets Of Fire), Alessandra Williams (Spenser Confidential), Mike Ferguson (Night Patrol), Adam Tsekhman (Legends Of Tomorrow), Matthew Fahey (Animal Kingdom) Darren Weiss (Tin Soldier), Anna Clols (Catnip), Jane Konsol (Zafafian) and Courtney Warner (Dark Reckoning).

Charlotte Kirk, Karlos Ways and Alessandra Williams are the producers and Aaron Mirtes is helming the feature.

In The Spiral Down “a routine abduction case quickly unravels into a dangerous game between predators when a serial killer obsessed with perfection kidnaps Mary Doyle. As detectives close in, they discover that Mary is far from a victim. She is a dangerous escapee from a psychiatric institution with a violent past of her own.”

Kirk previously collaborated with The Descent filmmaker Marshall on movies The Reckoning, The Lair, Duchess and most recently Compulsion.
