Amihan to bring rains over parts of Extreme Northern Luzon on Nov. 3

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, or amihan, will continue to bring rains over parts of Extreme Northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.
In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Veronica Torres said amihan would prevail until Friday.
“We expect fair weather and light rains in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley,” she said.
