MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is expected in parts of Luzon and the Visayas through Thursday, Sept. 10, as the southwest monsoon or “habagat” continues to hound the country, the state weather bureau said Monday.

The same rainfall range is forecast over Occidental Mindoro from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon, Sept. 10, Pagasa said.
