EastEnders' Mark and Lauren finally caught out in early iPlayer release

EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday's episode (12 October), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders' Mark Fowler Jr and Lauren Beale are left in a terrifying situation tonight, as Ned Hawkins discovers their steamy affair. The newcomer threatens to expose their secret, unless Mark does him a favour...
In tonight's episode, Mark pops over to the Beale house to drop over a costume for Kathy and is pleasantly surprised to see Lauren back from visiting her mum. The pair exchange a flirty smile, unnoticed by her husband Peter.

Alone in the kitchen, Mark tells Lauren how much he's missed her and plans to book a hotel room for them later that evening. He instructs her to meet him there and she quietly agrees.
On her way out, she's stopped by Peter who wants to spend the day together after some time apart. He also urges her to visit baby Ethan, forcing her to cancel on Mark.
At the Vic, Lauren learns that the Slaters have fully moved out of No. 31 and Vinny Panesar says his last showing has been cancelled. After snatching the keys out of his pocket, Lauren makes an excuse and leaves to see Mark.
They sneak off to the empty house, with Lauren relieved to get away from her familial responsibilities. But when Mark compliments a necklace gifted to her by Peter and Louie, her guilt begins to mount again.
"You've got so much more to lose than me. I don't like it but I get it," Mark says.

The pair are interrupted by a noise from the hallway and Mark sees someone hurriedly closing the door as they run out of the house. When Vinny mentions a handyman, relieved Lauren assumes that was who caught them and she tells Mark to keep his distance for a while.
Meanwhile, Mark is approached by Ned, who introduces himself as the new co-owner of Harry's Barn. He explains he's in a "time-sensitive" situation and asks Mark for a favour, but the latter declines.
"You'll be a seeing a lot more of me, as it happens. Yeah, I've got my eye on a property in the Square. Popped in earlier, take a quick look around," Ned replies.
"If you're going to sneak in somewhere to mess around with a married woman, probably best to lock the door behind you. Anyone could walk in. So, about that favour..."
