Eric Omondi Shares Hospital Update As Georgina Njenga Begins 90-Day Mental Health Recovery

Translate

Comedian and activist Eric Omondi has shared a heartfelt update after stepping in to assist content creator Georgina Njenga, who is now receiving specialized mental health care at the Chiromo Hospital Group in Nairobi.

Following widespread public concern over alarming social media messages posted by the mother of one, Omondi located Georgina and personally accompanied her to the medical facility. She is expected to undergo a comprehensive 90-day inpatient treatment program.

Hospital Visit and Update

On Friday, October 2, 2026, Omondi visited Georgina at the facility and shared a brief video update on her condition. The clip showed him bringing her fruit, assisting her with a hoodie, and taking her for a short walk around the hospital grounds before helping her back to rest.

“Day 1 of 90… The 1st days are the hardest, but our sister will come out victorious,” Omondi captioned the post. “Keep her in your Prayers. This Journey will not be easy, but she will sail through. She will be back Stronger and better.”

Call for Privacy and Support

Beyond his personal visits, Omondi urged well-wishers and online communities to focus on supporting Georgina and her family rather than engaging in online speculation. He emphasized that proper professional intervention is essential and asked fans to offer positive thoughts as she begins her long road to recovery.
