Brandi Rhodes has established her own identity in professional wrestling through her work as a wrestler, ring announcer, broadcaster and businesswoman. However, she is also widely recognised as the wife of WWE superstar Cody Rhodes. From her early days in WWE to becoming All Elite Wrestling's (AEW) Chief Brand Officer, Cody's gorgeous wife has experienced several important milestones in the wrestling industry. Beyond the ring, Mrs Rhodes has explored television, modelling and entrepreneurship and is married to Cody since September 2013. She is also a mother of two daughters.

Who is Brandi Rhodes, A Look Inside her Early Life and WWE Career

Brandi Rhodes had an interesting journey before entering the professional wrestling business. Mrs Rhodes spent 17 years as a competitive figure skater, having started the sport at just four years old. However, her interests eventually shifted towards education and broadcasting.

She completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan before moving to Miami and subsequently earned a master's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Miami. Before joining the wrestling industry, she worked as a local news reporter and also explored modelling and acting.

Her professional wrestling journey began in 2011 when she signed a developmental contract with WWE. Previously, she worked at Florida Championship Wrestling under the name Brandi before adopting the ring name Eden Stiles. Although she occasionally appeared in different capacities, her primary responsibilities involved ring announcing and backstage interviews.

Cody Rhodes's partner gradually became a familiar face among WWE audiences. In 2014, she took on regular ring announcing and backstage interviewing duties for SmackDown and Main Event, she also made her pay-per-view ring announcing debut at Hell in a Cell.

However, her WWE journey came to an end in 2016 this was just shortly after Cody Rhodes left the promotion.

Following her departure, Rhodes explored opportunities with several wrestling organisations, such as Impact Wrestling, Ring of Honor (ROH) and World Wonder Ring Stardom. She made her Impact Wrestling debut alongside beau Cody in 2016 and later competed in ROH's Women of Honor division.

Her biggest executive opportunity arrived in 2019 when she joined AEW as Brandi was appointed Chief Brand Officer while continuing to perform as a wrestler. She made her in-ring debut at Fight for the Fallen, defeating Allie with interference from Awesome Kong.

Brandi's AEW journey ended in February 2022 when she and Cody departed the promotion. She subsequently stepped away from full-time professional wrestling altogether.

Brandi Rhodes' personal life has also attracted considerable attention from the couple's fans because of her relationship with WWE superstar Cody Rhodes. The couple married in September 2013 and have since become one of professional wrestling's most recognisable families.

Their journey was also documented through the E! reality series Rhodes to the Top, which premiered in 2021 and offered viewers a glimpse into their professional and personal lives.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Liberty Iris Runnels, in June 2021. They later expanded their family with the arrival of their second daughter, Leilani Ella Runnels, in 2025.
