The Tiny Desk series celebrates Hispanic Heritage each September and will include Draco Rosa, Yendry, and much more

Every year for Hispanic Heritage Month, NPR’s famed Tiny Desk series transforms into El Tiny — a month-long celebration of concerts that honor Latin American and Latino artists from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15. The lineup for 2026 has just been announced and it’s packed with talent from across the Spanish-speaking world, and will bring acts like Los Tigres del Norte, Mon Laferte, Draco Rosa, Yendry, and much more behind the desk.

“Since 2021, NPR’s El Tiny concert series has brought the best of Latin music to new audiences, reminding us of music’s remarkable ability to connect us across borders, generations and cultures. This year’s lineup continues to reaffirm that Latin music is the world’s music and is something worth celebrating,” Felix Contreras, co-host of Alt.Latino and co-producer of El Tiny, said in a statement.

“Both Tiny Desk and Alt.Latino have always been about bringing people closer to the artists and music that move us. El Tiny is a celebration of that spirit and of the incredible breadth, creativity and history of Latin music. Whether you’re a devoted fan or discovering these artists for the first time, there’s something special about hearing them on the intimate Tiny Desk stage and we hope you find some new favorites in our lineup,” adds Anamaria Sayre, co-host of Alt.Latino and co-producer of El Tiny.

Last year, El Tiny saw Carlos Vives, Silvana Estrada, and more come by the desk. The Tiny Desk series has always spotlighted Latin talent with stars like Bad Bunny, Karol G, and Grupo Frontera leaving behind memorable performances. Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso’s Tiny Desk set from 2024 has 55 million views on YouTube.
