WWE added another match to Crown Jewel on RAW, and the show is still headed to Riyadh on November 7. The Vision will defend the World Tag Team Championship against Penta and Je'Von Evans, a match that came straight out of Monday's show. TKO CEO Ari Emanuel has also said the plans remain in place while the company watches the situation, and that comes with the U.S. Embassy putting out another warning about possible airport attacks and travel disruptions in Saudi Arabia. With less than two weeks to go, WWE's plans are getting a lot of attention.
Ariel Helwani says unless things change with the airport, he was told the production staff scheduled to work the next Power Slap will fly in to Bahrain and drive to Riyadh. #HelwaniShow https://t.co/M0duUbTDOj

WWE continues to plan Crown Jewel in Riyadh despite fresh travel warnings and security concerns
The event hasn't been moved or cancelled, and WWE hasn't announced change of venue. On October 22, Emanuel told Fox News: “Right now, everything is still set.” He also said the company has a team working on the situation and could move the event if necessary, adding, “It's a daily monitoring.”
The embassy's latest alert warned of “potential attacks on airports, airspace closures, flight cancellations, and travel disruptions.” It also urged people to take extreme caution when using Saudi airports. The State Department had already ordered non-emergency government employees and their family members out of Saudi Arabia last Wednesday, pointing to attacks by Iranian-supported Houthis on civilian airports and other critical infrastructure. The embassy said the situation could escalate.
A video shared from Riyadh shows work going on at the venue planned for Crown Jewel, with parts of the stands covered up. Then there's the backup question. Fightful Select reported earlier this month that a venue in the United States is ready if needed, and Wrestling Observer's Bryan Alvarez said an undisclosed U.S. city is under consideration. WWE hasn't confirmed either report, and there's been no official word on switching locations.
Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan and Cody Rhodes lead a Crown Jewel card that now includes a tag title match
The lineup already had three big matches. World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will face WWE Champion Sami Zayn for the Men's Crown Jewel Championship, and Women's World Champion Liv Morgan takes on WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green for the women's title. Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton are set to meet in a Last Man Standing match.
The newest addition grew out of RAW's opening segment, where Evans challenged Zayn for the WWE Championship. Penta came down with his briefcase during the match, but Bron Breakker attacked him before he could try to cash in. Zayn retained, then left the ring so Breakker could beat down Evans, and when Penta tried to make the save, Bronson Reed hit a Tsunami on Evans and then another on Penta. Backstage, Evans told Adam Pearce it wasn't done, and Penta asked for a shot at the tag titles. Pearce's answer was simple: “How about Crown Jewel?” Penta replied, “Perfect.”
So Bron Breakker and Austin Theory will defend against Penta and Evans. It'll be The Vision's first defense since they won the titles on the July 7 episode of RAW.
For now, November 7 is still the date and Riyadh is still the announced host city. No relocation has been confirmed.
