Roxanne Perez Shares A Telling Photo After Losing To Chelsea Green On SmackDown

Roxanne Perez didn't walk out of SmackDown as Women's Champion, but what she posted afterward shows the title still matters to her. The Prodigy challenged Chelsea Green and came up short, even though there were stretches where she looked like she could win it. She later put up a picture on X of herself kissing the championship during the match, with no caption at all. People have read it as a quiet message about what she wants. Her Judgment Day teammates already hold titles, so Perez is the only one in the group without gold.

Roxanne Perez Shares a Wordless Message After Chelsea Green Retains Her WWE Title
The photo comes from a point in the match when Perez had the upper hand over Green. During a commercial break she kissed the title on its side, and she later posted that image with no words attached, just the photo.
It was Perez's first direct shot at the Women's Championship. Green survived and kept the title, in a match that also had outside interference.
Raquel Rodriguez got involved while the referee was distracted and attacked Green. IYO SKY then came out to take care of Rodriguez and help Green. It didn't stop at the bell either, since Liv Morgan and Rodriguez attacked Green again later, before SKY and Tiffany Stratton stepped in.
Stratton even thought about cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Morgan. But Perez and Rodriguez helped drag Morgan out of the ring, and the chance passed without a title match happening.
Roxanne Perez Says She Has No Plans to Betray Her Judgment Day Teammates
There's an interesting detail in Perez's title hunt: Morgan holds the Women's World Championship, while Rodriguez is the Intercontinental Champion. Perez is the only one in the group without a title, though she has pushed back on suggestions that she might turn on her stablemates.
Speaking to Compas on the Beat, Perez was clear about it. “I really love my sisters. So I wouldn't ever do anything to stab them in the back. That's not me,” she said.
She also brought up her past with Cora Jade, now known as Elayna Black, saying the betrayal stuck with her. Perez said she has spent the last year and a half trying to prove her loyalty to Judgment Day.
“I think all I've ever done is try to prove myself to the Judgment Day,” Perez said, adding that she wants to be there for the group “through thick and thin.”
By her own comments, the title ambitions and the loyalty to the faction are two separate things. The photo may hint that she wants to be champion, but Perez has directly denied wanting to betray her friends.
