Coco Gauff will take on Elena Rybakina in the second women’s singles semifinal at the US Open 2026 on Friday, September 11. The blockbuster semifinal will be played at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York after the first semifinal between Aryna Sabalenka and Jessica Pegula which begins at 4:30 a.m. IST.

Gauff is looking to make another deep run in New York after winning her maiden US Open title in 2023. Rybakina, meanwhile, is aiming to reach the US Open final for the first time in her career. Regardless of the result, Rybakina will leave New York as the new World No. 1.
