MANILA, Philippines – Lawyer Kathy Baldonado of the Davao City Register of Deeds takes her oath as a prosecution witness in Article II of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, which covers alleged unexplained wealth, false SALNs and business interests. In her offered testimony, Baldonado is expected to testify on a property registered to Duterte’s husband, Manases Carpio, in Barangay Matina, Davao City, reportedly valued at P6 million, which the prosecution says could help establish an alleged undeclared asset in Duterte’s SALN. /dp
