Nairofey Claims Her ‘Rozzita’ Became Tighter After Giving Birth

Translate

Social media personality Nairofey has weighed in on the debate surrounding childbirth and vaginal changes, claiming that her ‘rozzita’ became tighter after delivering her baby.

In a series of remarks shared on her Instagram Stories, Nairofey challenged claims that women who give birth naturally are left with permanently loose vaginas, saying her personal experience contradicted the narrative circulating online.

“I don’t know about you, but after giving birth, my ‘rozzita’ actually became tighter than it was before,” Nairofey said.

She criticised a video she believed was spreading misleading information about women’s bodies after childbirth, questioning the assumption that vaginal delivery leaves women excessively stretched.

“I saw a video that was misleading, and it’s crazy to think that there are women or men out there that assume women who give birth naturally, their ‘rozzita’ is as wide as a sufuria,” she added.

Nairofey explained that the vagina is elastic and can stretch during childbirth before the body begins its recovery process.

“Your vagina is elastic. It has the ability to expand and contract, and your body knows what to do once you push the baby. Trust me, it goes back,” she said.

She further suggested that some women may experience increased tightness after childbirth, adding that complications during delivery could affect recovery.

“Sometimes it can go back tighter, unless you had an issue during the birth process, which is treatable,” she added.

Nairofey challenges childbirth myths

Her remarks have added to the ongoing conversation about motherhood and the physical changes women experience during pregnancy and after delivery.

Vaginal tightness after childbirth remains a subject of discussion, with some women expressing concerns about the possible effects of natural delivery on their bodies and intimate lives.

However, postpartum recovery varies from one woman to another. While some women recover without significant difficulties, others may experience pelvic floor weakness, urinary leakage, discomfort or changes in sensation.

Pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes and the healing process can all influence recovery. Consequently, one woman’s experience does not necessarily predict what another woman will experience after delivery.

Women experiencing persistent discomfort or pelvic floor symptoms can seek professional medical advice. Pelvic floor physiotherapy and appropriately guided exercises may help address some postpartum concerns.

Risper Faith and Dem Wa Facebook spark C-section debate

Nairofey’s comments come amid online discussions involving Risper Faith and Dem Wa Facebook, who have spoken about their decisions to undergo Caesarean sections.

Their remarks have reignited debate about whether concerns over vaginal tightness and physical changes after natural delivery influence some women’s decisions about childbirth.

However, Caesarean sections may be chosen or recommended for several reasons, including medical advice, pregnancy complications, previous birth experiences and individual circumstances.
