SINGAPORE, Oct 26 — A full-time national serviceman (NSF) with the Singapore Police Force allegedly trespassed into a female toilet at the Police Training Command, where he is a staff member, before jumping from a third-storey ledge while being engaged by police officers.
The 23-year-old was later arrested for criminal trespass and voyeurism.
The police told AsiaOne they were alerted to the incident about 5.40am on October 19.
Preliminary investigations found that the NSF had trespassed into a women's restroom. He was detained and police assistance was sought.
While police officers were engaging him, the man suddenly ran away. He then made his way to the third storey of a nearby block and jumped off a ledge.
The NSF was conscious when taken to the hospital, said the police, adding that he has been receiving treatment for his injuries.
