Wanted man nabbed for frustrated homicide in Ilocos Sur
SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Police arrested a man wanted for frustrated homicide at his residence in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, on Sunday, Sept. 20.
The Magsingal Municipal Police Station, assisted by personnel from the 1st Ilocos Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company and the Provincial Intelligence Unit of the Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office (ISPPO), served the warrant and took the suspect into custody.

The ISPPO said the operation was part of its intensified campaign against wanted persons, overseen by Provincial Director Police Col. Agosto Asuncion.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued in connection with the frustrated homicide case, the ISPPO said. It did not immediately provide further details about the case or the suspect.
