Landman season 3 may officially be making progress.

Actor James Jordan has given a promising update after months of delays for Taylor Sheridan's Landman. Landman season 3 is officially back in production, with Jordan, who is known for portraying Dale Bradey in the series, sharing a photo from the set with the caption, "Up n runnin’ and back after it!" The news comes after the series' co-creator Christian Wallace confirmed that the beloved show was facing delays and that Sheridan was still writing the season in August.

Landman season 3 will obviously stray from the series' usual release schedule, which takes place in November, as filming was scheduled to take place in May. Production was moved from May to August, and it is now finally taking place after months of uncertainty. There were multiple reported reasons for the delay, including Billy Bob Thornton's prior commitments, Sheridan's busy workload across multiple shows, and the extreme Texas summer heat.
