Michigan State basketball lands commitment from 4-star center

As we have covered these past few years, it feels like Tom Izzo has really started to figure out how to recruit in the new era of college sports, and he's put together several strong classes in a row. It looks like the 2027 class will be a continuation of that trend, as the Spartans landed their second 4-star commitment of that class on Wednesday night, as 4-star center Jaydn Jenkins committed to the Spartans.
Jenkins is the second high-profile recruit to join the Spartans in September, as they also landed a commitment from Antonio Pemberton this month.

Jenkins is a 6-foot-10, 220-pound center with a ridiculous 7-foot-4 wingspan. He's ranked as 247Sports' No. 8 center and their No. 60 player overall by the composite rankings.
MSU landed him over schools like Ohio State, Xavier, Pitt, and NC State.
