The release of The Witcher: No Man’s Land is approaching, and pretty soon, fans of the high fantasy franchise will be able to step into the shoes of Geralt of Rivia and several other iconic characters from the series and fight. The announcement of The Witcher: No Man’s Land happened about a year ago, and what we knew was that it would be a tabletop RPG experience in which we controlled heroes, villains, and monsters from the series. Now, there’s a lot more information about this upcoming game, including when it will arrive and what you can purchase.
As was reported by Wargamer, The Witcher: No Man’s Land is set to arrive in Fall 2026, though a more precise release date has yet to be revealed by developer Monster Fight Club. According to the outlet, the new game had seemingly gone through a delay as a means of adding extra content and refining its systems. While an official release date has not been determined, we can expect the new tabletop game to arrive at some point between mid-September and mid-December this year.
The Fall release window for The Witcher: No Man’s Land has already been known for a couple of months, as well as the content fans will be able to buy. So what is No Man’s Land? Created in partnership with CD Projekt RED, the developer behind the video game adaptations of the novel, The Witcher: No Man’s Land is a tabletop wargame centered around the use of miniatures. According to Monster Fight Club, the game has PvP, PvPvE, co-op, and solo modes to enjoy.
In it, you control characters like Yennefer, Letho, and Geralt from The Witcher. The general idea is that you’ll build a team of characters and use them in skirmishes. In terms of mechanics, No Man’s Land uses the [RE]action System created by developer Monster Fight Club; with it, each character has a distinct pool of actions, and depending on whether the action is good or bad, you roll a different type of die.
The new tabletop RPG for The Witcher will feature a two-player starter set containing two distinct Warbands (groups of characters), monsters, and other accessories to use. In addition to that, Monster Fight Club will also see the release of four expansion packs, two of which are character-focused packs, while the other two are centered around monsters for your encounters. Pre-orders will go live on Launch Oracle.
It’s a spectacular moment to be a fan of the franchise. In 2027, we’ll be seeing the release of the third and final DLC pack for The Witcher 3, which will bridge the gap with the content we’ll see in The Witcher 4, once it releases in 2028. There’s also another tabletop game that came out this year called The Witcher: Path of Destiny - Ronin, and now, we’re looking forward to the arrival of The Witcher: No Man’s Land to keep us occupied with adventures across the Continent.
