Celebrity Traitors star Miranda Hart leaves fans in hysterics as she dramatically vomits during stomach-churning spirit challenge after announcing 'I am properly retching'

Miranda Hart is proving to be one of the stand-out stars of this year's Celebrity Traitors with her quick wit and excellent Miss Marple skills.
And the comedian, 53, left fans in hysterics after she vomited during the mission on Friday night.
As the contestants were tasked with summoning spirits, they were locked inside a cabin where they were faced with stomach-churning smells.
After they had to rifle through a disgusting toilet to find a necklace to give to the spirits, Miranda couldn't handle the smell as she announced to the group: 'I am properly retching I think I might be sick.'
The star then proceeded to throw up as her fellow contestants yelled: 'Go in the toilet.'
As she was left coughing and spluttering, she remarked: 'I literally just vomited in that toilet.'

While Julie Hesmondhalgh looked horrified, Ross Kemp was seen laughing in the background as he told them: 'It is a little bit of poo, it's not going to kill you.'
Sebastian Croft hit back: 'It stinks Ross'.
Taking to Twitter, fans praised Miranda as 'constant cinema' as they wrote: 'This so is so unhinged because not Miranda throwing up during a challenge, they absolutely ate with this line up, constant cinema';
'Miranda Hart vomiting in a shack at the smell of poo while Ross Kemp laughs in the background was not on my 2026 bingo card but I'll take it';
'Why did Miranda dab when she was puking'; 'MIRANDA ACTUALLY VOMITING IM CRYINGGG';
'This is chaos! Miranda was just physically sick!'; 'Them directing Miranda hart to go be sick in the haunted toilet I’M ACTUALLY CRYING';
'Love Miranda. She made me laugh with the spirit and I don't blame her for being sick.'
Elsewhere in the episode, it was clear that Miranda is spot on in her accusations that Hannah Fry is a traitor.
She shared her theories with some of the others following the round table but admitted there wasn't enough backing at the time to vote for her – so instead she picked Julie who was banished from the castle.

While Hannah had several votes, actress Julie Hesmondhalgh (seen) was in the end the one banished – only to reveal to the stunned group that she was in fact a Faithful
Julie, 56, and Hannah both found themselves in the firing line during the tense roundtable discussions, but it was the Coronation Street legend who ultimately received the most votes.
Suspicions are growing about the mathematician, 42, after she was recruited by the two other Traitors Maya Jama and James Acaster this week – though she managed to just about defend herself at the round table.
And as Hannah came under some serious heat she made a major slip-up which seems to have gone unnoticed by the group – but viewers certainly did notice it.
As she defended herself she attempted to explain that often in the game the 'clever' people often get wrongly banished as people think they are Traitors – however she referred to those loyal as 'the Faithfuls' rather than 'we' or 'us' Faithfuls.
Viewers then accused her of 'othering herself from the Faithfuls' and 'digging her own grave'.
She said: 'I'm cautious about everybody. The mistake that we see the Faithfuls make time and time again is they take the people that stand out, the most trustworthy, the people who've got a reputation for being smart... and then the Faithful kill them and then you weaken the Faithfuls over all.
'But what I think that what we need to be doing honestly is looking at everybody, looking around the table and making accusations about everybody, not just the most whatever. I don't want to make the same mistake we always make.'
Those watching were quick to react as they penned on X: 'Why did no one pick up on Hannah saying '& then the faithfuls kill them'? They banish, not kill, & in other series someone - civilian or celebrity - would have picked up on that.',
'So no one picked up on Hannah repeatedly referring to the faithfuls as a different group to her?!'
'I hope every celeb picked up on Hannah saying 'the faithfuls' instead of 'we the faithfuls' or 'us'. Digging your own grave.'
