Orban Scoops Turkish Süper Lig Goal of the Month Award
Nigeria forward Gift Orban has been named the Turkish Süper Lig’s Goal of the Month winner for September following his stunning strike in Amedspor’s 3-2 home victory over Beşiktaş.
The 24-year-old produced a moment of brilliance in the 13th minute, unleashing a powerful long-range effort to give Amedspor an early lead.
Orban, who joined Amedspor on a season-long loan from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in July, has made an impressive start to his spell in Turkey.

The striker has scored seven goals and provided two assists in six league appearances under manager Besnik Hasi.
His impressive form has seen him move to the top of the Süper Lig scoring chart, where he is currently level with Trabzonspor forward Mohamed Salah.
Amedspor currently sit top of the league standings, and will return to action on Saturday, October 10, when they travel to face Gençlerbirliği.
