Navtej Singh Rehal says 'Dhurandhar has taught me differently'

Navtej Singh Rehal recalled a time when he believed Bombay Rockers had reached the end of its journey. The long gap between musical projects had made him feel that the band's active chapter was coming to a close.The response to 'Dhurandhar', however, changed his perspective. The musician said the franchise made him realise that the audience's interest in Bombay Rockers had not disappeared.“Well, I actually thought many years ago that Bombay Rockers was coming to an end, but Dhurandhar has taught me differently.

And I think we just got a really nice comeback, and after many years break, I’ve actually started making music again. So in a very, very like short time, you’ll hear new music from me," Navtej said in a chat with ANI.

Navtej Singh Rehal has now returned to creating music after several years away from regular releases. He said the experience has encouraged him to explore new material. The musician also indicated that his new work could arrive soon.

He told ANI that listeners would hear new music from him in a very short time.'Aari Aari' has been one of the tracks associated with Bombay Rockers' musical legacy. Its inclusion in 'Dhurandhar 2' gave the song another opportunity to connect with listeners. The track's revival has also brought renewed attention to the band's members. 'Dhurandhar' is a spy action thriller written and directed by Aditya Dhar. The film stars Ranveer Singh alongside Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R.
