Consolidated Hallmark to review Q3 results this month

Translate

Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc has scheduled 28 October, 2026, to review its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September, as the company’s closed period took effect on 1 October .

In a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited dated 2 October, the company said its board of directors would meet virtually to consider the Q3 results, among other matters.

The meeting will be the 19th meeting of the board.

Consolidated Hallmark Holdings said the closed period would remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 financial statements are released to the public.

During the period, company insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from trading in the company’s securities.

The restriction is intended to prevent insiders with access to unpublished financial information from dealing in the company’s shares before the information becomes public.
