Coppa Italia: Fiorentina vs Pisa – Lineups and updates

The Tuscan derby closes out Tuesday’s Coppa Italia programme, with Fiorentina hosting Pisa at the Artemio Franchi.
Kick-off is at 21:00 local time (20:00 UK time).
Paolo Vanoli lines up in a 4-3-3, with David de Gea in goal behind a back four of Joao Mario, Radu Dragusin, Marin Pongracic and Valdepenas. Cher Ndour, Oulai and Marco Brescianini form the midfield three, with Franco Mastantuono, Pellegrino and Wilfried Gnonto in attack.
The tie carries extra weight for the hosts. Fiorentina sacked Fabio Grosso and turned back to Vanoli, who returns to a club with obvious problems to solve, and a cup run offers the quickest route to something tangible while the league position is repaired. Pisa, meanwhile, have little to lose in a derby where they arrive as clear underdogs.
Pisa go with a back three of Simone Canestrelli, Caracciolo and Primasso in front of Simone Scuffet, with Zanon and Leris as wing-backs either side of Loyola and Piccinini. Ferrah and Rao operate behind Pittarello.
