Suryakumar Yadav Buys Dubai Property, Says Quality Of Life Is 'Different'. Video

Suryakumar Yadav, India's 2026 T20 World Cup-winning captain, has bought a luxurious property in Dubai. He made the announcement on Instagram with a video in which his wife, Devisha Shetty, was also present. "I first came to Dubai in 2014 to play in the IPL. Then we came in 2020. Now you can see that the entire India is coming to Dubai. Luxury and the quality of life are different," Yadav, who plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL, said in the video. "Safety is there in India as well, where I live in Mumbai. But safety in Dubai is good too. It feels very relaxed, and I feel very happy when I come here."
The name of the property is Shahrukhz Residences. "There was no second thought when I heard that a building by Shah Rukh sir was being built here. The main thing is the interior work and the quality. The most important thing is the longevity and wellness centre," he said.
The video claimed that the residential property offers hyperbaric treatment, red light therapy and cryotherapy. "I saw one more thing: without a blood test, you get to know all the levels of the body — blood sugar, A to Z, whatever it is. This is too good."
A report in Moneycontrol stated that the star cricketer's wife, Devisha, had purchased an apartment in Mumbai's Chembur area for Rs 7.18 crore earlier this year. The 1,516.20-square-foot (140.86-square-metre) property is in Godrej Sky Terraces, the report stated. It was the third apartment the couple had bought in the building.
Despite leading India to victory in the 2026 T20 World Cup, Suryakumar Yadav no longer features in the Indian team in the shortest format. Despite his formidable record as India's T20I captain, Suryakumar was replaced by Shreyas Iyer at the helm, a decision that left many in the Indian cricketing fraternity surprised.
