一名越南籍女非法入境者涉於6年前使用一張偽造身分證，在電視廣播城員工飯堂獲聘任為清潔工，案件今（23日）在觀塘裁判法院首度提堂。女被告被控各一項「使用偽造身分證」及「非法入境者接受僱傭工作及開辦業務」罪名，暫毋須答辯，案件押後至12月24日再訊，期間她須還押監房看管。
