Idaho deer hunter reports Bigfoot encounter in remote woods after he 'smells the smell'

An Idaho deer hunter out on an evening hunt a couple of weeks ago in the mountains near St. Maries has now heard the knocks and smelled the smell of what had to be a Bigfoot.
The hunter was minding his own business and walking down a trail on Tuesday, Oct. 20, around 5 p.m. when he first heard what he described to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization as "loud knocking on a tree."

The noises were coming from a creek bed about 200 to 300 yards away from him. While he didn't catch a glimpse of who or what was responsible for the knocking, he says it was "immediately followed by a super strong smell of death."

"The knocking persisted for 5-10 minutes, and upon searching for any carcasses producing the smell, nothing was found. I also heard briefly what sounded like a really deep voice but I couldn't make out what it was saying, sort of gibberish," the hunter reported to BFRO.
"I did not see any human footprints or any signs of people on that trail or in the general area. I was the only truck I saw all day on the road leading to the drainage I was in."

What else could it have been, but a Bigfoot? I've never seen a deep voice speaking in gibberish be reported before, but this is a veteran outdoorsman with no prior incidents of an encounter like this before.
He knows the woods. He knows the signs of a dead animal nearby, and he couldn’t explain what he encountered alone at dusk last month.

"The smell of decay was extremely strong, as if you were standing right on top of a carcass. It was overpowering," he added. "I could not even find a single sign of a dead animal near me."
