MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila remained flooded on Wednesday due to heavy rains that occurred earlier, the Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported.

In an advisory, the MMDA listed the following areas still submerged in flood, as of 2 p.m.:
