LIST: Flooded areas in Metro Manila on Wednesday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila remained flooded on Wednesday due to heavy rains that occurred earlier, the Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported.

In an advisory, the MMDA listed the following areas still submerged in flood, as of 2 p.m.:

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration placed Metro Manila under yellow warning at 11 a.m., which indicates 7.5 millimeters (mm) and 15 mm of rainfall may prevail within the next two hours, due to the effects of the southwest monsoon, or habagat. /mr
