PlayStation, Xbox Get Huge Free 100-Hour Open-World RPG, Officially Available Today

A huge 100-hour RPG available for free on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S has been made available to play right now, following its appearance during Gamescom 2026. The Opening Night Live showcase is a stage for dozens of games, which are being presented ahead of the event. There are several Gamescom 2026 announcements, including a new soulslike RPG by HoYoverse, the creators of Genshin Impact, as well as the return of Game of Thrones in 2027.
One of the games presented during the showcase was Once Human, an open-world RPG that had already been announced. Showcased during the Opening Night Live event on the official The Game Awards channel on YouTube, it was revealed that Once Human has been released today, August 25, for free on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The game is entirely free to play, and all you have to do is download it on your preferred platform and start playing.
