“I personally don’t think naman that she meant anything bad with it, to hurt someone. Baka masyado lang naging komportable siya,” he said, referring to Juby.
“But I know this was just one of their first interviews and it’s a learning experience for everyone. But ako, I wish them all the best,” he added.
When asked if he was offended, he noted, “Hindi naman offended. Siguro mas awkward kasi alam ko makikita ko sila. We’re from the same network. So, mas ‘yun siguro.”
Aside from Juby, “Gandang Gabi, Vice” host Vice Ganda also faced backlash, with netizens questioning why she “allowed” the conversation to continue despite being friends with Pangilinan.
Both Vice Ganda and Juby have yet to publicly speak about the matter as of this writing. /edv
