Legendary Festigal producer Miki Peled dies at 87
Israeli producer Miki Peled, one of the pioneers of the country's entertainment industry and the creator of the Festigal, died at the age of 87 on Monday.
Peled was considered one of the most influential producers in Israel's entertainment industry. In 1981, he initiated and produced the first Festigal, a show that within a few years became one of the most beloved and significant traditions in Israeli culture.
