Hollyoaks' Imran and Leah to face turmoil in ominous new robbery mystery

Hollyoaks’ Imran Maalik and Leah Barnes appear to be targeted next week, as they are both victims of a series of mysterious robberies in the village. Who is carrying out these break-ins and are the estranged couple in danger?

Last month, Imran discovered that his fiancée Leah was having an affair with Prince on their wedding day, so he exposed her betrayal during the ceremony and furiously ended their relationship.

Since then, Imran has been trying to rebuild his life alone and has even tried to start a new podcast without his influencer ex-partner. But next week, he gets a nasty shock when he realises his laptop is missing.

He make a snap assumption about who stole his device, so he confronts Leah in the village and accuses her of snatching the laptop. Leah protests her innocence, while James quickly steps in to defend her against Imran.

Leah is desperate to patch things up with Imran and wants to make amends for cheating on him and breaking his heart - but Imran is not ready to forgive her actions.

However, that evening, it is revealed to viewers that there is an anonymous intruder in Imran’s houseboat…

The next day, Imran finds some of his belongings damaged following the latest break-in. Leah is already struggling with her dad Ste going missing, but she is dealt another shocking blow when she discovers that she is a suspect in this houseboat incident.

This string of break-ins appear to take their toll on Imran, and Misbah grows particularly concerned about her son’s mental health when she finds some antidepressants and assumes they belong to him.

Later, Leah is working at The Hutch, and Jenson takes the opportunity to make a move, flirting with her from across the counter.

Leela spots sparks flying between the pair and encourages her niece to take a chance and go on a date with him - but is Leah really ready to move on from Imran?

The next day, however, Leah seems to be the victim of a robbery herself, as the top she was wearing the previous evening is missing.

She fears that someone broke into the Lomaxes’ house overnight, but is someone really out to get both Leah and Imran?

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
