Here’s the complete day-by-day Asian Games 2026 Table Tennis schedule in IST, featuring all seven disciplines, medal sessions and competition timings from September 19 to October 4.

Table tennis at the 2026 Asian Games will be held at Sky Hall Toyota from September 20 to 28.

A 10-member Indian contingent will compete across seven categories.

In the presence of Asian powerhouses such as China, Japan and South Korea, winning a gold medal in any of the seven categories will be a Herculean task for the Indian paddlers but a podium finish is not impossible.

The tricolour nation has won three bronze medals in the last two editions, including a stunning result from Hangzhou 2023 when Ayhika and Sutirtha Mukherjee upset home favourite and second-seeded pair of Chen Meng and Wang Yidi in the quarterfinals to confirm a podium finish in women’s doubles.
