Katie Holmes, 47, looks totally smitten with toyboy Jason Bard Yarmosky, 39, as they hold hands during NYFW

Katie Holmes and her new boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky have been virtually inseparable since meeting at a dinner a few months ago.

The Dawson's Creek alum didn't seem to want to let go as the pair clasped hands while arriving to the Calvin Klein New York Fashion Week show on Friday.

Holmes, 47, was smiling and giggling the whole way while Yarmosky, 39, fully reciprocated and, in fact, embraced the affectionate public dynamic.

At one point, the actress, who couldn't take her eyes off her lover at a previous event, gave the New York City-born artist another look of love as they stepped across the street towards the venue.

Both wore color-coordinated outfits with Holmes dressed in a white button-down blouse over a flowing cream-hued skirt and her younger beau wearing an off-white jumper and pin-striped trousers.

Holmes has been a long-standing fixture at NYFW, but this season marks her and his fashion week debut as a couple.

On Wednesday, Holmes couldn't resist putting her arms around Yarmosky in full public view while attending Cult Gaia's show.

'They’ve become close pretty quickly,' a source told People. 'Katie feels very comfortable with him. She's having a lot of fun. They really enjoy spending time together and had an amazing summer.'

The couple went Instagram official on September 1 with Holmes gushing her boyfriend was 'the best of the best' in a birthday post.

On September 7, Holmes shared a carousel of photos taken on their romantic vacation to Italy.

The images, which were also shared by Yarmosky on his social media feed, showed Holmes taking in the breathtaking sights, enjoying a hike with her man, and kissing him.

Holmes was first linked to Yarmosky in June of this year, and fueled the speculation by arriving hand-in-hand to a screening of Olivia Wilde's movie The Invite in July.

Another audience member told People: 'He was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night.

'They sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.'

This is Holmes' first public relationship since she dated Bobby Wooten III for less than a year in 2022.

Prior to that, the Logan Lucky star dated Jamie Foxx for six years following the end of her marriage to Tom Cruise, with whom she has 20-year-old daughter Suri.

Back in 2016, Holmes was asked by a reporter how she was planning to approach dating following her divorce from Cruise.

'That's not something I want to answer,' she replied, according to ET.

'[I don't] have a five or 10-year plan. I feel like I'm still a teenager in a lot of ways. I do a lot of things I did then. I paint, I color. I cook sometimes. I still feel like a girl.

'I don't quite feel like a woman, maybe because I'm the baby of my family. I'll probably be 90 and feel like, "Not a woman yet" Ha!'
