Yasuhisa Hara’s ‘Kingdom’ Vol. 80 Holds Atop Billboard Japan Book Hot 100 for Second Week

Yasuhisa Hara’s Kingdom Vol. 80 holds at No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Book Hot 100, on the chart released Sept. 3.

The title retains the top spot for a second straight week with three metrics in the top 20: brick-and-mortar at No. 1, e-books at No. 2, and e-commerce (EC) at No. 17.

Debuting at No. 2 is Vol. 12 of the manga version of Zatsuyo Fuyojutsu-shi ga Jibun no Saikyou ni Kizuku made, slated for a TV anime adaptation in 2027. The volume tops the e-books metric. Keigo Higashino’s posthumous release Eien no Kioku returns to the top 3, rising a notch from last week.
