LIST: Flooded areas in Metro Manila as habagat brings heavy rains

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila were flooded on Wednesday morning amid the heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, according to local government units.
The Quezon City local government reported the flooding situation in these areas as of 8:05 a.m.:
