Lindsay Clancy’s parents get massive global donor support as fundraiser surpasses $830K

Lindsay Clancy murder trial postpartum psychosis defense explained
The Lindsay Clancy murder trial shifts focus to mental health as attorney Donna Rotunno joins host Lawrence Jones. Rotunno argues that while the tragic deaths of three children are devastating, the law must separate criminal intent from severe psychosis. She asserts that Clancy's documented struggle with postpartum mental health issues supports her legal insanity defense in Massachusetts.

As the trial for Massachusetts mother Lindsay Clancy enters week four, funds are pouring in for her parents who have supported their daughter who is accused of killing all three of her children.
Clancy admitted to strangling her three children to death, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, who was just eight months old. She's facing three counts of first-degree murder.
Her defense team argues Clancy is not criminally responsible because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis among other mental illnesses made worse by the numerous medications she was prescribed, during the time of the killings.
