Translate

MANILA, Philippines — A red rainfall warning remained in effect over Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon on Sunday afternoon due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, according to the state weather bureau.

In its rainfall warning issued at 2 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lower warnings were also raised in other parts of Luzon, but flooding may happen in all prone areas in those places.
