Miley Cyrus stepped up to help a fellow musician and fan shave her head before chemotherapy.
The moment came after Cash Jacobs — who has Stage 3 breast cancer — attended Cyrus's concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles last week.
Sharing a video of the moment on social media, Jacobs wrote: "They say don't meet your idols. Well I did. And it was everything and more."
Earlier that week, Jacobs posted a video on social media asking Cyrus to shave her head before chemotherapy and asking viewers to tag the pop star in hopes of getting her attention.
Jacobs attended Cyrus's first show but didn't get to the Bass Persuades singer that night.
However, she later revealed in another video that she had received a "pretty promising email" from Cyrus's team asking for her seat number and contact information.
"Miley, if you see this, would still like to meet you," Jacobs said after the show.
"10,000 out of 10 show. It was so good and I cried like a baby. I'm going to shave my head when I get home. I'd rather be around loved ones, family and do that."
Instead, Cyrus flew Jacobs back to Los Angeles for her second show and met with her afterward to help shave her head. Jacobs shared footage of the moment on her socials, and it's garnered more than 1.5 million views.
'You're gonna brave the storm'
"Are we actually doing this?" Cyrus asked Jacobs before sharing that she also "shaved her head before."
"You can be soft and strong at the same time and you're gonna brave the storm," the Grammy winner told her.
Before Cyrus got started, she thanked the universe for bringing them together and asked Jacobs if she felt ready. When Jacobs said she did, Cyrus got to hairstyling.
"This feels celebratory for you, like we're doing this in the most fun way possible," Cyrus told her, continuing to reassure Jacobs that she's "got this" and is "so gorg."
"I think it's nice; you have a pretty head," the Hannah Montana alum said. "You have a tiny head and tiny ears. It doesn't look awkward."
As they finished, the two shared a hug.
"This made honestly this whole experience worth it getting to meet you," Cyrus told her. "Thank you for asking me to do this. I am honoured to be the one that you asked to share this moment with you."
The pair of Hollywood Bowl shows also marked Cyrus's first full headline performances since 2022 and the live debut of her No. 1 album, Bass Persuades.
