Queensland childcare paedophile Ashley Paul Griffith will be extradited to stand trial in New South Wales where he is facing additional charges.
The former childcare worker is currently serving life in jail in Queensland after admitting to offences against 69 girls at early learning centres in Brisbane and Italy over two decades.
The application for Griffith's extradition was made by the NSW attorney-general in July.
A Brisbane magistrate accepted the application this morning.
