Ninety-one of the 117 firearms registered to Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa remain unaccounted for, while 26 have so far been turned in, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Monday.
At a press briefing, PNP Civil Security Group (CSG) director Major General Aden Lagradante said the PNP was still accounting for the remaining firearms.
“Hindi pa. Ninety-one from 117. Twenty-six yung turned in, so we still have 91,” Lagradante said.
Lagradante said the PNP was continuing to coordinate with the senator’s legal officer regarding the remaining firearms.
He said dela Rosa’s camp had also sought reconsideration of the matter through the Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO).
“Sa ngayon, administratively revoked yung license niya. By our rules, dapat ma-surrender, but ang last na information is on the process of accounting doon sa mga remaining,” Lagradante said.

On May 27, the PNP revoked the firearms licenses of dela Rosa, who is facing an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The order was issued by the FEO, citing a pending criminal case carrying a penalty of more than two years as grounds for recommending the revocation of dela Rosa’s gun licenses.
