Travis Kelce has built an impressive property portfolio alongside his rise from NFL star to one of the most recognisable names in sports and entertainment. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has invested in homes that offer far more than luxury.

His properties reflect a mix of privacy, space and personal history, from a sprawling Kansas mansion linked to his engagement to Taylor Swift to a historic estate overlooking Lake Erie. His latest purchase has also brought the Ohio native closer to his roots, adding another remarkable chapter to his real estate journey.

Travis Kelce’s Leawood mansion

Kelce’s Leawood, Kansas, home stands out as one of the most notable properties associated with the football star.

He reportedly bought the French Regency-inspired mansion for around $6 million, gaining a 17,000-square-foot retreat on 3.5 acres.The six-bedroom, six-bathroom property has plenty designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Inside, it features a two-level movie theatre, wine cellar and club room with a full bar. Outside, there is a pool with a waterfall, a hot tub and a large patio.For an athlete, the property also leaves little to be desired.

Kelce has access to a private gym, sauna, lighted tennis and pickleball court and even a miniature golf course.The home also carries a special place in his personal story. According to comments from his father, Ed Kelce, the mansion was where Kelce proposed to Swift in 2025, shortly before the couple publicly announced their engagement.

Travis Kelce’s Ohio estate and former Kansas City home

Kelce’s newest reported purchase takes him back to his home state. In March 2026, he acquired Moyenage, a historic lakefront estate in Bratenahl, Ohio, for $5.35 million.The more than 21,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion sits on 3.5 acres overlooking Lake Erie. Built in 1904 for businessman Jay Morse, the property has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and recently underwent an extensive restoration.Its interiors combine historic character with modern entertainment spaces. A former ballroom now serves as a game room and home theatre, while the lower level includes a billiards room, poker area, bar, wine cellar and sauna.

The grounds also feature a heated pool, stone terrace and guest cottage.Before the Leawood upgrade, Kelce lived in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighbourhood. He purchased the roughly 10,000-square-foot property for $995,000 in 2019. The seven-bedroom home included a gourmet kitchen, gym, wine cellar, pool and gazebo.Whether Kelce still owns the Briarcliff West property remains unclear. What is clear is that his real estate holdings have evolved alongside his career, giving the NFL star private spaces in both Kansas and his native Ohio.
