PiS has decided. Almost all politicians of Development Plus expelled from the party

Wirtualna Polska was the first to report on the matter. The service reached a ruling from August 13, which some Rozwój Plus politicians received. It follows from it that the PiS disciplinary court stated that the parliamentarians left the parliamentary club and joined another club, "thereby committing a serious violation of Art. 39 in conjunction with Art. 36 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Law and Justice Statute".

The party, citing Art. 40 point 4 of its statute, was to make the decision to exclude these politicians from the grouping and the PiS club.

This information was also confirmed by Polsat News. The station determined that a total of 38 deputies and two senators were excluded from PiS. Among them was, among others, Mateusz Morawiecki.

The decision on exclusion was made on Thursday during a meeting of the peer court. According to it, the politicians committed a "serious violation" of two articles of the PiS statute.

Piotr Müller, Michał Dworczyk, and Waldemar Buda still remain in Law and Justice. Polsat News determined that their exclusion did not take place because "they did not form a new club".

WP managed to contact deputy Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk, who commented on the party's decision. However, as he himself emphasized, he has not yet received the decision from PiS.

- This only confirms the earlier declarations of the party's chairman and disciplinary spokesperson. I regret that Law and Justice sees the sources of its quick success in throwing out the former prime minister and several dozen deputies. Nevertheless, I am not offended and I wish Law and Justice, despite everything, the best - he said.

Another, anonymous interviewee of the service from Morawiecki's circle described the party's decision as a "treat for absolute connoisseurs". Furthermore, he assessed that this move had been predicted for a long time.

- Law and Justice is in the same place it was a month ago, and we are already three steps ahead - said a member of Rozwój Plus.

Split in PiS. Rozwój Plus prepares for a convention and the establishment of a new party

Let us recall that the split in PiS occurred in connection with the Rozwój Plus association created by Morawiecki. The leadership of Kaczyński's grouping made the decision to forbid party members from belonging to initiatives of a political nature.

Politicians who joined Rozwój Plus were given an ultimatum. They were demanded to sign a statement that they were not participating in projects covered by the ban. Most of Morawiecki's supporters refused to sign the "loyalty pledge".

Together with the members of Rozwój Plus, Morawiecki created a new parliamentary club. An important date for the environment is now supposed to be October 15. For this day, the association's convention has been planned.

At the same time, the former prime minister announced in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski that he would announce the establishment of a new political party no later than that day.
